Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MindEdge Traders ("the Platform") operated by MindEdge Technologies Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MindEdge Traders is a trading psychology platform that provides tools for behavioral tracking, AI-powered psychological analysis, session management, and mindset training for retail traders.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You must not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

4. Account and Trial

When you start a free trial, you provide your email address and agree to these terms. Your 7-day trial provides full access to all Platform features. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify trial terms at any time.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Gumroad. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform to build a competing product or service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, code, design, text, graphics, and data on MindEdge Traders are owned by MindEdge Technologies Group LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Quotes displayed within the Platform are attributed to their respective authors and used for educational purposes only. All rights belong to their respective authors.

8. Disclaimer of Financial Advice

MindEdge Traders is a psychological and behavioral tool only. Nothing on this Platform should be construed as financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Past performance data shown within the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindEdge Technologies Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MindEdge Technologies Group LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@mindedgetraders.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
