We want you to be completely satisfied with MindEdge Traders. We stand behind our product and offer a straightforward, fair refund policy. Trading is hard enough — worrying about your software subscription shouldn't be part of it.

7-Day Free Trial

Every new user receives a 7-day free trial with full access to all Platform features. No credit card is required to start your trial. We encourage you to fully explore the Platform during your trial period before subscribing. If the platform doesn't fit your needs, simply let the trial expire — you won't be charged.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe and are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your initial subscription payment, we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

To request a refund within 30 days:

After the 30-day refund window, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No partial month charges after cancellation.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion. Please contact us at contact@mindedgetraders.com to discuss your specific situation — we will always try to find a fair solution.

Gumroad Purchases

One-time purchases made through Gumroad (MindEdge Starter Kit — $67) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at contact@mindedgetraders.com with your Gumroad order number.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 30-day window, please also request a refund explicitly by emailing us.
